What happens next

Three steps from booking to arrival

Instant Confirmation

You'll receive an automated confirmation email straight away, with your booking reference, deposit receipt and a summary of your stay.

Balance Payment

We’ll send a secure payment reminder before your balance is due, 60 days before arrival. If you book within 60 days of arrival, full payment is taken when you book.

Arrival Information

A few days before check-in, you’ll receive your digital guest guide with arrival instructions, directions and everything you need before you arrive.

A few things worth knowing

The main booking details are listed here, including dog charges, EV charging, what is included and our cancellation link. Contact us before booking if anything is unclear.

Prices are per cottage, per stay. The calendar shows the live price before payment.

Dogs are £35 per dog, per stay. Maximum two dogs per cottage, or four when both cottages are booked together.

EV charging is pay-as-you-go via Voltshare at 54p/kWh. A peak rate of 96p/kWh applies between 4pm and 7pm daily.

Heating, electricity, WiFi, bed linen, bath sheets, pool access and use of the shared laundry room are included.

We do not take a separate security deposit. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please let us know before you leave.

If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, your 25% booking deposit is non-refundable, but no further balance is due. If you cancel closer to arrival, our staged cancellation terms apply. Please read our Terms & Conditions and House Rules.
